Prices based on (2) people or less, additional persons are $5.00 per person, per night extra.
Children ages 3 and under are FREE
Prices for tent will be for each tent set up and per day
SEASONAL SITES
Seasonal rates are based on a family occupancy:
- 2 adults, and unmarried children, under 18 years old, living at home. Maximum of six (6) people per site. All others are considered guests and MUST pay the guest fee for admittance to the park.
- To reserve a seasonal site, a $325.00 non-refundable deposit is required and the balance in full by April 15.
- Any monies other than the Deposit charged on a credit card will incur a 3% added fee

CABINS & COTTAGES
*** All Rental Units require a 2 night minimum stay. CHECK IN 3:00PM – CHECK OUT 12 NOON
Prices based on (4) people or less, additional persons are $10.00 per person, per night extra.
When making reservations, (1) night stay is required or half of the weekly amount due at the time of reservation with a credit card.

CANCELLATION POLICY – RV SITES & RENTALS
- NO refunds for early departure.
- Rental Unit cancellations made within 14 days of the reservation start date willbe charged one day rental fee. Cancellations made before 14 days of the
reservation start date will be refunded minus a $20.00 processing fee.
- No REFUNDS on Holiday(s) or Holiday Weekends Deposits. On Holiday(s) or Holiday
weekends, if Cancellation is made with in 72 hours of your start date, you will be responsible for the entire stay.
